The comms team needed a series of videos with the CEO—part internal messaging, part LinkedIn charm offensive. The goal? Make him relatable without over-polishing.

As Production Lead, I ran the whole thing—scoped, shot, and edited with our in-house DP and editor. When needed, I brought in freelancers to scale up without slowing down.

My real job? Keep the CEO looking and sounding good without making it feel staged. He hated scripts, so I built trust and worked around that—guiding him just enough to keep things on message while still feeling natural.

End result: High-quality videos that hit the mark on both internal and social. CEO looked like a boss without sounding like a robot.
