Host Recruitment Campaign • Airbnb


Post-COVID, Airbnb needed more hosts. So they launched a big 360° campaign to convince regular folks to open up their homes. Enter me, the Lead Producer, wrangling 40+ people across marketing, product, and creative to make it all sing.

I cycled through two dozen creative freelancers to nail the right creative,  ran alignment workshops, and managed a multi-million-dollar TV production—no pressure.

The result? Host signups jumped 10%. The campaign looked great, felt like Airbnb, and didn’t go over budget.
