Over the past three decades, I've built, scaled, and modernized production, studio, creative operations, and content organizations across agency, technology, and fintech environments. My work has included launching in-house studios, transforming production ecosystems, establishing operational frameworks, leading global campaigns, and helping organizations adapt to new ways of working.
I've partnered with brands including Meta, Airbnb, Samsung, PayPal, Honda, Nestlé, Intuit, and EarnIn, delivering work that spans television, CTV, OTT, digital, social, performance marketing, experiential, and emerging platforms.
Today, my focus extends beyond content production. I work at the intersection of creative operations, organizational transformation, workflow design, and AI adoption—helping teams identify opportunities to automate processes, improve collaboration, increase efficiency, and build scalable systems that support growth.

TikTok Climate Week
During Climate Week, Samsung wanted to show off their eco-friendly products with a fun TikTok campaign, including a contest. Agency Crispin brought me aboard as a Producer to stretch the budget, and make it all happen with the short time left before climate week kicked off.
It worked. Over 5 million views in a week for the 3 videos. Samsung’s TikTok engagement up 25% and total production cost savings of 45+%.

Customization Social Campaign
Samsung wanted to show how every device can reflect your personality. I partnered with the creative team to shape a green screen production approach that captured multiple stories in one shoot, maximizing creativity, efficiency, and value. The result: a bold, polished campaign that brought Samsung’s brand personality to life, plus bonus content and b-roll for future use.
Establishing a Super Brand • SuperMouth
SuperMouth set out to make oral care for kids cool. After a reorganization at O.H. Partners, SuperMouth recruited me to lead content strategy and production. I built and guided a creative team producing digital, social, tradeshow, and retail content, collaborating with agencies on digital strategy, PR, and affiliate marketing. The result: a 25% lift in website traffic and 9% growth in subscriptions.

Post-COVID, Airbnb needed to rebuild its host community. I directed production across marketing, product, and creative, aligning 100+ team members to deliver a 360° campaign including a multi-million-dollar TV spot showcasing Airbnb’s storytelling at its best, a new landing page, and social content. The result: a 10% lift in new host signups, 80% video completion rate, and 2–3% social engagement.

Established and led PayPal’s in-house studio, blending creative direction with operational strategy. Delivered global content efficiently and at scale through streamlined, data-driven production systems.
Small Business Holiday Campaign
PayPal wanted to spotlight Giving Tuesday by featuring five small businesses with holiday windows on 5th Avenue. I led a lean in-house team, hired a director and crew, and produced videos on a tight schedule and budget, managing approvals and feedback efficiently. The result: polished videos launched with the displays, giving small businesses their moment and positioning PayPal as a champion of entrepreneurs.

To launch PayPal’s Commerce Platform, we needed infographics that made complex tech feel bold and human. Partnering with design legend Peter Grundy, I managed creative alignment, stakeholder feedback, and legal compliance. The result: striking visuals that brought clarity and modern energy to PayPal’s global transformation.

During COVID, PayPal and Spotify teamed up to help fans support struggling artists. I led cross-functional teams, built the budget and timeline, and maximized impact with limited resources. PayPal needed an engaging way to spotlight its Donate Button. I produced a playful 2D animated video from concept through delivery, balancing creativity with cost efficiency. The final piece landed on time, on budget, and won praise internally for its fresh, unexpected tone.
CEO LinkedIn Series
The Executive Comms team needed authentic CEO videos for PayPal’s LinkedIn. I led production from start to finish—line producing, directing, and even shooting. Across 15 videos, we achieved a relatable, polished tone that resonated with both internal teams and the public.
