During COVID, PayPal and Spotify teamed up to help fans toss a little cash to their favorite struggling artists. Sweet idea, but a tricky one to pull off smoothly.

As Production Lead, I wrangled a crew of marketers, designers, and social folks, laid down the budget and timeline, and kept everyone (mostly) sane. I found stock footage that didn’t look like stock footage, and built a shared doc so no one could say “I didn’t see that email.”

Result: Artists got the spotlight and fans got a way to show the love. Felt good to help make something that actually mattered during a pretty rough time.
